Process

Five steps, every time

No mystery, no reveal theatre. You see the thinking as it happens.

  1. Discover

Interviews, audits and a written definition of what success actually means.

  2. Research

Competitors, context and the constraints nobody wrote down yet.

  3. Sketch

Cheap, fast and plentiful. Decisions get made in pencil, not pixels.

  4. Design

Systems over artefacts — grid, type and colour defined before polish.

  5. Deliver

Files, documentation and a handover so the work survives without me.

Portrait of Kunal, Graphic Designer

About

Three years spent making things legible.

I'm a graphic designer focused on creating clean, engaging visuals for e-commerce, social media, and digital brands. I enjoy turning ideas into thoughtful visual experiences that are clear, consistent, and built with purpose.

My work spans product image editing, A+ content, promotional creatives, and social media design. I pay close attention to detail while keeping brand guidelines, deadlines, and the overall customer experience in mind.

Mission

To create clear and purposeful visuals that help brands communicate better and connect with their audience.

Vision

To keep growing as a designer by combining creativity, precision, and digital thinking to create work that people remember.

  • Detail matters

Small details can make a big difference in how a design feels.

  • Design with purpose

Every visual should communicate something, not just look good.

  • Consistency builds brands

Strong visual systems make every creative feel like part of the same brand.

  • Always keep learning

Good design keeps evolving with new tools, ideas, and perspectives.

Journal

Writing on design

  • Branding

The case against another brand refresh

Most identities don't fail because they look wrong. They fail because nobody wrote down how to use them.

  • Typography

Negative tracking is not a personality

When tight letterspacing helps a headline, when it quietly ruins legibility, and how to tell the difference.

  • Design Tips

    Designing for the squint test

A five-second exercise that catches more hierarchy problems than a week of critique.

  • UI Trends

Dark interfaces are a contrast problem

Everyone ships dark mode. Far fewer ship one that stays readable at 40% screen brightness on a train.
